Having immersed herself in the vibrant culture of Mexico for many years, Nancy has borne witness to the transformative growth of Vallarta firsthand.
Nancy’s portfolio reflects a keen eye for design, capturing the essence of each property through architectural details and natural light. Her expertise extends beyond aesthetics, guiding buyers and sellers through seamless transactions by leveraging her extensive network of attorneys, inspectors, and escrow professionals.
Having lived in Mexico City before settling in Vallarta, Nancy and her husband share a deep connection to Mexico. They opened a gallery featuring his whimsical artwork and co-authored two children’s books published by Penguin/Putnam. Their home, filled with art and two beloved dogs, often welcomes former clients as cherished dinner guests, fostering meaningful connections over shared conversations.
