Saturday, February 16 will mark the 2019 Vallarta Real Estate Fair held outside Timothy Real Estate Group’s office in Puerto Vallarta’s famed Romantic Zone, on the corner of Ignacio L. Vallarta and Aquiles Serdan street at the Rivera Molino Plaza.
The popular Speakers Panel will be back with an exciting line of professionals and expert speakers to answer your questions about investing and living in Puerto Vallarta. Past events have included discussions regarding property management and vacation rentals, as well as a panel of professionals taking questions on issues such as capital gains, immigration law, protecting yourself throughout the buying and selling of your home, and other important topics.
This year’s ‘Speakers Panel’ will include the Puerto Vallarta & Banderas Bay 2018 Market Report, changes in USA, Canadian, and Mexican tax laws and how these changes may affect you, banking services and investment opportunities, and health care services/medical matters. There will be a 15 minutes Q & A session open to guests after each presenter.
