Kathleen and Todd are excited to have recently opened a second Lix Homemade Ice Cream Store in the heart of Fluvial, Puerto Vallarta’s shopping mecca, directly behind Costco and LaComer! You’ll find the same incredible homemade ice cream at this store, plus there are a couple of unique things about this shop. The space was an empty shell, so Kathleen and Todd mapped out the space themselves, with all the interior touches designed by Kathleen. In addition, this store houses their kitchen for making all the ice cream, bananas, and cookie sandwiches – there’s a 14 foot tall glass window between the store and kitchen so that all the customers can see the magic of ice cream making!
